Hipster?

Okay I have been walking around trying to find out what a hipster actually is... But I can't seem to get it quite strait? 

What I have found out until now is that hipsters dress in skinny jeans, t-shirts with mostly bands like the beatles on, plaid shirts, lots of weird jewelry, headbands and much more, especially big nerdy glasses...? But is "hipster" just a way of fashion?

I have read on the internet that most hipsters likes stuff like art, music and other creative things, and also old fashioned stuff. They would hate everything new and popular, I have been told that hipsters hates everything that's mainstream...? Also Hipsters sound a little like some kind of new version of Hippies to me? Like, they like to do and talk about stuff that has something to do with problems in the world like... Kony 2012 as an exaple...

But anyway, is it really true? Are hipsters just a way of dressing, and so on... a social group like punks or goths? Just in a more "hip" way? I have no idea, and it's driving me crazy because some of the stuff I have heard or read shows that I could be a kind of hipster. And it drives me mad not to know what it actually is!?

I have heard words like Ironic, to describe hipsters to, that they are ironic all the time, and call just about everything maintream...?  also there's something about "triangles" and hipsters that I really don't get?? O__o

Does anybody really know exactly what a hipster is, or is there many "flawors" of hipster? Cuz well... lots of stuff makes me think no one totally agrees on what a hipster really is?

I don't know... Maybe I just got it all wrong... but please does anyone know? cuz I'm lost O__o

Also another thing I have been thinking of about Hipsters... I think there's a lot of people talking about hipsters, and saying they are hipsters... so... if there really are so many here? then isn't it about to become Mainstream to be a Hipster? Or is it just me?

Hi my little blog :) here's some pictures I took yesterday on my little walk to the beach with my mom, when the first real Spring weather finally came here in Denmark :D

YAY! Got my filters.

Yes, now one part of the stuff I have bought on ebay for my camera is here! It was from Germany so I kinda knew it would be here before the memorycard from UK would... But my god how I love my CPL filter :D
It reduces the... what's it called... Mirroring... in windows, water and so on. It also can make the sky more blue! I just turn it around, and then it changes! It's so awesome! xD I don't know how it does it, I think it's magic! :3

The UV filter and CPL filter is the brand Green-L.
At first I was like "are these filters good enough?" but then I searched for it on the internet and on youtube, and saw that it worked perfectly fine to the price ^^ okay I have to be carefull with the CPL filter, because it does'nt have an extra glass layer over the CPL coat. So the trick is NOT TO SCRATCH IT! But I think it's gonna be fine anyway :)

Hey my little blog... Here's some new for ya.  

First of all I am soon goind to Istanbul! xD YAY!
It's next weekend I'm taking off, with my school, sp it's gonna be pretty awesome! I have actually have bought two filter for my camera (canon EOS 1100D) an UV and CPL filter to get the best pic's I can, and also an extra memorycard with 8 gb, så now I have 16 gb to use on the trip. ^^ I bought it on ebay from UK Tuesday, so I hope it can get here before I leave ^^''

But I am pretty scared of the flight... I have never tried it before, so it's kinda tense... especially now when this big solarstorm is coming to earth, and propably will hit on march 10 th, and most likely will spoil stalite systems, and... yes... flights... O__o Oh god in heaven.... I really hope that it's gonna be okay, and it's not worse than they tell us it will be... right now they just say that it will make some stuff to GPS, satelites, kommunication, and flight routes... but you know, it have happened that a part of Canada some years ago, were about a million people didnt have any elektricity for a long time because it all went sdown from the solarstorm... so I don't know... Maybe it would be a good idea to take a backup of the computer? I don't know...

Also I have started to watch more Top Gear, than anything! I still watch CSI Miami when there's a new episode, and sometimes I do watch House, and other stuff... but Top Gear, is what it's all about right now xD especially after I watched the USA special, where they actually could have ended up killed, in a very christian state... they wrote slogans on eachothers cars to see who would be arrested, or shot before they could get over the border... O__o that didnt go well...
The worst thing is, I am so into it now, that when I watch it, I sit and talk like I know them O__o using their nicknames and so on like "awe Jezza! stop doing that to poor  Hamster! Oh man Captain Slow again jeez..." haha xD I just can't stop doing that! x3

and it's annoying me so much that the tickets for the Top Gear Live show in Copenhagen has to be so expensive T^T *sob sob* and Hamster isn't even coming -.-''

Victorian stuff is in?

Hi there again my little blog, here's some questions that I have been asking myself about victorian stuff...

As we know I LOVE my pocketwatches and photograph them all the time. And as soon as I submit some of the photos after a little photoshoping, people goes nuts over them immediately! O__o

Just yesterday when I uploaded the picture with my silver pocketwatch with cherryblossoms, I got two faves, and two watchers RIGHT after I submitted it xD I'm like "wow chill people, do you seriously love pocketwatches so bad?!"

And then it came to me, that maybe people is getting more and more interrested in victorian stuff, because it's getting more and more normal to buy pocketwatches, and other victorian fashioned jewelry, clothes and much more in every shop around...

As an eksample I have bought my silver pocketwatch in the jewelry store called Glitter, and my golden one in a shop called X-tra, and yes X-tra is a shop with very cheap stuff, so it's kinda weird... O__o

Maybe it's becasue that fashion goes round in one big circle as always, and now it has come to the victorian/edwardian time? Or maybe people on Deviantart just go crazy about the new Sherlock series on BBC, and think that Sherlock normally lived in the 18-hundreds, and then think that they have to love everything victorian/edwardian. You know I do, so why not? ^^

I don't know, I just think it's weird. ^^''

Oh but wait a minutte, when I already have mentioned the new Shelock series, then why not tell a bit more about it? x3

First of all I LOVE this series! (and it's theme).

Especially because they have done such a great job in making a new Sherlock in the 20th century ^^ And also because Benedict Cumberbatch is doing such a great job as the Sociopath Mr. Sherlock Holmes.

I also really like the humor in the series, it makes me LOL everytime x'D

But well... okay there is one thing I don't like about the series... WHY THE HELL DO THEY STOP THE LAST EPISODES IN THE SERIES THAT DRAMATICALLY!?

Especially when it will take a long time before they even start filming again! Atleast a year or so, because the actors have lots of other movies to make. -.-''

In my opinion, if you are in a series, you should'nt do anything else, because exactly THAT will happen, and that's so unfair to the fans! Dx

Fun thing is, that the season 2 of thew BBC series, AND the new Sherlock Holmes movies with Robert Downey Jr. as Sherlock, both have endid now with the Reichenbach Falls!! ARG! THAT IS MY FAVORITE PART!! I can't wait to see bot Dr. Watsons' faces when they find out their Sherlock Survived xD it's the best part in the Sherlocki Stories...

The new movies Sherlock Holmes are good to.

 

I think they are pretty nice, but they don't follow the real stories exactly, but it kinda gives some new fresh air to the stories, and when we (sherlockians) atleast know what's going on, it's fine with me :)

The relationship between Sherlock and Watson is also splendid in these movies! xD

But you know, I still think that the best actor, that have played Sherlock ever is Jeremy Brett from the older series from 1980's. ^^

I believe that it is the closest you will ever get to see the real Sherlock Holmes.

So this was what I have been thinking about for some time ^^ Why the victorian/Edwardian Style is getting popular again, and also that Sherlock Holmes Is great no matter what xD

Hi there my little blog.

I haven't written anything for months for you, so here comes some new stuff I have been doing :)

First of all I got myself a Canon camera! a 1100D canon camera to be exact ^^ and I love it so much! yes I love a camera get over it! xD

Okay I must admit, at first after I had bought this camera for all my money, I felt a little weird about using all my money, and also that I really had this camera that I have wished for so long, but It still felt a little bit, weird or wrong anyway... a

nd this feeling showed to be a normal grown up feeling, that I have very often, and that I had been thinking was something very odd, and not that normal, but after i got to the schools psykologist, it feels great to know that it is perfectly normal, okay maybe I have it a bit to much but... oh well, let's move on from this I can explain that later...

So anyways...

I have used the camera a little bit as you can see, both for some test pictures to get to know it.

But also to take LOTS of pictures of my lovely pocket watches *my little fettish*

I will also use it a bit on my trip to Istanbul for my... what's it cal

studytrip? I got no idea what it's called in english right now, but you get the point :)

Something else I have been doing recently was that my lovely friend, my roommate from the first boardingshool, came here for about the hole week I had my wintervacation, it was so nice seeing her again, have fun, talk alot, and play some guitar hero to x3

Also it was nice to get some of the old clothes I could not fit anymore, that I did'nt want to throw out, out of my own closet and into hers :)

It was very nice having her all week :D But it sure also felt good to get my bed back for myself ^^

The people who know her, knows that even though she's a small person, she can fill out a hole bed for two persons ^^'' wich she also did perfectly the last night she was here, she was lying as one big cross! or a skydiver, depends on how you see it xD

one night I also woke up because something heavy was on my stomach, and yes, it was her head that had woken me x3

Ah yes good times :)

She also helped me buy my new computer, and we also bought some new clothes and stuff, she made me buy a nice shirt that I normally would never wear, because it's to colorfull, but when she say I looked good in it and it was cheap, then who can refuse? :D

I have also been tidying up my room, so now I have enough space to have my nice black chair to stand in the room, so I can use it some more, to especially sit nice and comfy when I play games on my playstation ^^ especially my gran turismo game with stearingwheel and pedals, is getting so much more fun to play when I sit a little like in a real car xD

Oh yes I also started to go to the school psykologist, as said before.

I felt a little down and needed somebody to talk to that didn't really know me, to hear another persons meaning of it all, and It feels great to be told what it all could mean, and that most of it is perfectly normal ^^ the only thing she thought was a bit unusual was that normally teenagers wont even think about it when they have those problems with choosing if something is good or bad, but that I really thought about it, and also some other things like that, that I knew and thought of things that normal teenagers my age would do... weird, but anyway xD

I am also starting to stalk people on twitter, making video's for youtube, hate my mothers new boyfriend, being claimed not ready for HF, stopped making fursuits and other stuff I used to do, being lazy as always, just much worse, not going that much to school, make vine glasses for my sisters wedding and lots of other stuff...
